Installing Webobject 5.1 - Catastrophic Failure

I had to hose the 5.1 install on my machine because I was getting some
unexpected results. I am trying to repair the install, using the repair
feature of the installer. It goes through and copies all of the files,
and seems to setup all of the things that it needs to. But just before
the reboot, I get the following error:
An Installation File could not be removed
Catastrophic Failure.
Any ideas? There is plenty of space on the disk, I have disabled
Norton, so far nothing seems to work. And when I run EO Modeler, I get
errors with NSSelector, or something along those lines.
Hopefully somebody out there can point me in the right direction.
