Or for development on Windows you can use Eclipse with WOProject/WOLips
which is, IMHO, even better than PBX on OSX. Not to mention being open,
extendable, documented, widely used, and with an amazing array of free
add-in features. Eclipse is a little shakier on OS X than on Windows but
still pretty usable. In either case the generated applications are
identical and run on any compatible JVM.
