No launchable executable ?

Guys,
When I try to run my app, I get the error - "Run session cancelled: No launchable executable present to run' .
Im using Xcode on Panther with 5.2.2. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is started to try Project Wonder but couldnt figure out how to use it.
