Thanks. This is helpful info. I was able to reproduce this: launch WOBuilder and EOModeler first, then opening these files works with some visual inconsistency in the sidebar, but nothing I can't live with.

I'm left hopeful by comments that some of you have deployed on Jaguar on 1.4. I'd like to hear if anyone experiences any problems with this. Are there any gotha's people might be aware of (APIs to avoid, etc.)? I'd like to go this route if it's feasible.

I have the same problem with launching WOBuilder and EOModeller. However, if they are already running, the appropriate file gets loaded into EOModeller or WOBuilder. It just seems to have trouble launching the apps. It tries to launch mometarily and fails so it definitely some form of bug.
