Hi Jonathan,
Welcome back to Mac!
You can find the installer for Developer Tools in:-
Macintosh HD -> Applications -> Installers
Just run it from there.
Also, the tools are downloadable from Apple's Developer Connection
site. Just look under Downloads and Developer tools.

I've been using WO on Windows for a few years now. I am trying to
transition to using WO
on OSX, on my brand new G5. I haven't really used Macs since OS 9, so
maybe some
things that should be obvious aren't.
I do NOT have Panther yet, and do not wish to get it yet (I am not
ready
to qualify my own
WO applications on JDK 1.4.1). So I'm working with OSX 10.2.8, and
will
be using WO 5.2.1.
So I get out my WO 5.2 CDs. I get out the installation guide. The
first
step is "If you are
installing WebObjects Developer, install the Mac OS X Developer Tools,
included with Mac OS
X before proceeding." Um, I don't seem to have any Developer Tools CD
"included" with my
MacOSX, nothing came with my G5. So I figure, okay, let's look around
on
ADC. I can find
all sorts of XCode/Panther developer tools stuff, but I can't seem to
find the "Mac OS X
Developer Tools" that will work with my 10.2.8 G5. Help! I haven't
even
gotten WO
installed, and I'm already having trouble.
