i hate IE!

Hi,

fyi: do not try to provide a download to an IE on Windows with a filename having a ':' in its name: IE will ignore the filename and use a random name. This of course will not have the correct file extension and then the poor window users are out of luck...

We had timestamps in a filename: "%Y.%m.%d_%H:%M:%S" which does not work whereas "%Y.%m.%d_%H_%M_%S" works fine.
