Charlie,
These settings are a little difficult to find sometimes - there is
nothing indicating where to go (I expect it is in the help system
somewhere though).
Go to your Groups & Files tab, and to the targets bit. Open the targets
group and locate the main target. Double click on this and the settings
pane should show.
In a similar vein, double clicking on the item in the Executables group
will expose the settings relating to launch arguments and similar
stuff.
