I usually don't cross post messages here but thought I would see if
there is anyone on this list who could help me out. Here is the
message and some replies:
You would think that it is running but it does not accept any
connections. Monitor reports that it has died. The two startup logs
that I sent were both from deployment environments. Just on two
different machines. One machine it works the other it doesn't. Go
figure. Any other clues as to where to look for errors.

Not sure, but maybe the extra output is the adaptor startup on the dev
machine, which isn't necessary on the deployment machine.
In your deployment output below I don't see any errors...looks like
the app
is running; is it not?
Here is another follow up. When starting the app from the command
line
on the development server (the one that works) I get as a result:

Any clue as to why the difference? It appears that the deployment
server is not going through any of the initialization.

You need to turn debugging on for the app.
In the monitor, click the 'Config' button for your app. Check the
'Debugging
enabled' button, and then set a name for the debug log file under
'Output
path.
Try to start the app then look at the debug file.
I have an application that refuses to start after updating the
application. The new app runs fine on the development server but
dies
immediately after starting from either the command line or
JavaMonitor
on the server. Where do I go to try to track down the problem? I
can
not find any log files that give any information.
