I am not sure now, but in WO 5.0, there was a version of the older
project builder (then named ProjectBuilderWO) which was not installed
by default but it was thought of to keep such a compatibility for "old"
projects... take a look in your WO installation CDs trying to find for
something called DevPBWO.pkg
