WOBundle.lookForClassInAllBundles(WOTable) failed!

I've just updated a deployed app and i'm getting these errors, I've not changed the frameworks or done anything to Apple WebObjects itself, so can anyone tell me why the app cant see the WOTable and WOTabPanel as the error suggests. any pointers on how to correct it?
