5.2.2 is not only qualified for, but requires 1.4.1

Is there a new WO version out? Panther or no panther, the existing WO
versions reccomend against using Java 1.4.1. You should keep using
Java
1.3.1 until and unless there is a WO version released that is
Apple-qualified for 1.4.1. (Unless you want to be adventurous).

Does anyone know if Panther can be used for WO 5.1.4 development?
We don't recommend it. There are several issues, mostly concerning
the
developer tools or Java 1.4.1.
What about running and developing legacy 5.1.4 WO applications that
use
the 1.3.1 JVM? We are in are in the middle of a development cycle and
have a lot of code that depends on the 1.3.1. We are currently using
10.2.8 with the current VM pointing to 1.3.1.
Is there a reliable way to bring those projects forward and continue
development with the new tools without taking the time now to make the
changes in the code needed to run under 1.4.1?
