Drives me crazy: "Connection Failure: JDBCPlugIn".

Does the 'postgresql.jar' need any special permissions or so?
I mean, there are 5 things to check:

1. PostgresqlPlugIn.framework
2. PostgresqlPlugIn.EOMplugin
3. postgresql.jar
4. postgres up and running
5. Permissions to connect from the localhost
