Dear Cliff and list:
I reinstalled Panther, XCode, WO5.2 and WO5.2.2.
I still get the same error when trying to Build and Run:
/bin/sh: line 4: /usr/bin/javac: No such file or directory
...failed JavaCompile.default <CompileJava>_WOServerTest522.tmp ...
I tested this from both the root and a non-root user account.
Any other ideas out there?
Thanks,
George

Do you still feel I require a reinstallation of Panther?
Yes, but see if you can just do an "upgrade" install. I'll bet since
you
had the bad CurrentJDK link when you did the Panther upgrade, the
installer
never gave you a 1.4.1 javac. Now that you've fixed the link, maybe
it will
install the missing pieces.
(A last-ditch idea is to find another Panther machine, and copy
JavaVM.framework from it. Just make sure you preserve the sym-links!)
