ProjectBuilder on windows

Hi,
 When I open a PB file using the ProjectBuilder on windows XP, I am not
able to see any Class files,
components etc... All I see is a a blank window !! Has this happened
before ?
What needs to be done to correct it ?

I will be moving to a Mac soon, but could anybody throw any light on this
?
