Nope. You don't need EOModeler, WOBuilder, RuleEditor, etc on the
deployment machine. You dont't even need Project Builder on the deployment
machine, actually. Although if you want to build your app on the
deployment machine, Project Builder comes in handy of course. But you don't
need to build your app on the deployment machine, and you don't need PB
there to run your app.
