I use Java client distribution for administration (not the horrible Swing part, because it's Swing, and Swing is Swing, a stupid framework (isn't it?)), but when many client types have to use my application (from WO, Flash, Java, MS Excel, MS Infopath), I develop only one service, and so web service is a nice solution.

Why not javascript? Because:
- Mozilla is not an universal browser (why users have to use this one?)
- java is better than javascript
- web services with WO are very easy! I think is the best solution, even better than Axis WSDL2Java solution
- I develop only one manager if I can, and so I prefer a java one
- try to use a web service of WO with EOEnterpriseObject translation, NSArray, and other marvelous class from Cocoa/WO frameworks
- I want to use the best framework of the world (it's true): Cocoa/WO

So, I have three questions:
	- why not use IE, Safari, Flash?
	- web service is only a html/web solution?
	- WO is only a web solution?

Federic,

I'm curious why you have chosen Java Client to deploy WO WSDL instead of using something like Javascript in a web browser like Mozilla to send SOAP over the wire?

Hi,

I use WO and its web service API (wonderfull). But, can we deploy the WO web service framework on our client as Java Client framework with no new cost?
