Form Weird Problem..

Hello -
I have been trying to debug this for 4 hours now..
I have a form... very much like another form that works perfectly,
however, this form will not accept my
entry for a number... all the other elements in the form get set, but
this one doesn't. It is nested within
the form as the fields above and below work. When I print out the value
of entry before saving, it is
not changed! Any thoughts on how I can debug this problem?
