There is no such tool. And, ColdFusion and WebObjects are so vastly different, that it's stretching the meaning to even call what you are doing a "port". You've basically got to rewrite the functionality entirely from scratch; what's there in CF will give you very little guidance for the WO version. CF and WO are drastically different environments.
