What I do is delete the build folder inside the project before or after sending it to the other machine. The other option is to rebuild the index file. Deleting the build folder also forces a rebuild of the index and is guaranteed to work.

As far as I can tell, both machine's environment is the same : os 10.3.3, wo 5.2.3, java 1.4.2.

There are other apps on the machines that are different, of course, but nothing I THINK might cause this ;)
