WOComponentDefinition

I'm trying to find out about this but with no joy.
I've got a class with extends WOComponent but it has not got a .wo directory or .api attached to it, it's just a .java class basically and it keeps giving me this in the logs:

[2004-04-17 15:30:07 BST] <WorkerThread1> <com.webobjects.appserver._private.WOComponentDefinition> No template found for component HttpsSwitch at "C:\AppleJavaProjects\TMI_Projects\TMI_WA\TMI.woa".

How can I control this?

Thanks
Jonathan :^)
