Hi Calven
you say you have a Mac server - assuming you mean OS X 10.3 then you
already have postfix installed. Using Server Admin you should be able
to get that up and running pretty easily. As someone has already said,
you can configure it to only accept mail from users/applications
running on the same server (localhost) and simply send directly to the
target user's mail gateway/server. That way you will not be running an
open relay and you do not need to reach your email network inside the
firewall (though if you do, then presumably somewhere you allow smtp
through anyway).

Hi All,
We have a Mac server that is located outside of our firewall that

This server doesn9t have access to the mail server that we use inside

How can we get our demo applications to send email? What are our
options?
Any help would be appreciated.
