There is a log file at
eclipse/workspace/.metadata/.log
Which may contain information on what went wrong.  I've installed this
several times and not seen this happen
It might be the 2.1.3 version, maybe.  I know that 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 work OK,

It *is* possible.  It *does* work.  We use it daily.  Well, at least when
I'm not having xCode inflicted on me.
