WebObjects apps should only be exposed via your webserver's public port
80. You can do development instance deployment like so:

<http://example.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyApp.woa/-12345>

But that's for developing against the real webserver+adapter (avoiding
the evil DirectConnect), not for deploying real-world apps (since things
like autorecover can't be setup with development instances).
