Do you need to add another host? I don't think so. You can have one
master list of available applications, and make them available across
*all* the domains you host. So that:
http://myvhost1.com/cgi-bin/MyApp.woa
http://myvhost2.com/cgi-bin/MyApp.woa
http://myvhost3.com/cgi-bin/MyApp.woa
All will pick up and use the one "MyApp.woa" deployed once under your
single, local host config.
If you want to make an application only available to one virtual host,
then either you can attack the problem with naming ("MyHost1MyApp",
"MyHost2MyApp", etc) or perhaps url rewriting.
