Subversion and Webobjects

Before I spend a day getting my projects into subversion, is anyone using it with XCode and/or Eclipse to manage webobjects projects? I notice that svn doesn't use the broken concept of cvswrappers but I'm wondering how it handles bundles or if there is some mechanism to allow it correctly deal with them.
