Arturo,

First, I think you mean, NO support for WO. :-) GoLive did in a past life. There was once a GoLive module for WO. I never really used it, and it's not there anymore so don't look for it.

Secondly, I don't believe there is a right answer to this question. It's going to boil down to personal taste. I used to be a DreamWeaver guy, but now use GoLive exclusively. I like the integration with the other packages in the Adobe suite and GoLive CS seems to have great CSS support among other things. But, as I said, this is just a personal preference. I'm sure others will prefer DreamWeaver.

As far as any other packages... I've never seen anything that can compete with either of these two products, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. At the end of the day they each have their strengths and weaknesses. It depends on how you, personally, balance them out.

Maybe there's an opportunity for some clever developer to create a GoLive or DreamWeaver extension to support WO. But, don't hold you breath....

Hi all,

I know that both DreamWeaver and GoLive have poor support for WO. But, if you had to choose one, which would you choose and why? I'll submit the winning essay to the college of the winner's choice :-)

Seriously, though, is there any reason to choose one over the other? Or is there something out there even better?
