This sounds like you added it using the "wrong" (don't feel bad, there's no
documentation on this anywhere that I know of) folder setting in the
assistant. There should be two radio buttons, one that says "Recursively
create groups for any added folders" and the other "Create Folder References
for any added folders"; you want to choose the second option. This also
applies when adding components from other projects. Hope this helps, damned
if it didn't mess me up for a while before figuring it out;-)
