Re(8): Reporting tools

HI There,

The main difference is that ReportMill is a template based tool, where reports are created with a graphical editor, whereas our kit is a Java API without templates. For intermediate (and up) Java programmers that want the reports to look exactly the way they like, then our kit is definitively the way to go.

We found, based on our experience, that template based tools are insufficient for our client's needs - and that we needed more control over our reports.

Please look at our website for tutorials and the API reference.

Yours sincerely,

Dennis Gaastra, M.B.A.(sfu.ca), B.Sc.(ubc.ca)
