Copy them from another Mac OS X system with WO 5.2.3 installed. Or if
that's not possible, maybe extract them from the WO 5.2.3 Developer
Installer package's pax archive (see the pax man page). I guess the
most extreme solution would be to reinstall WO 5.2.3.
Those files are missing because the Xcode 1.5 beta Installer package
deleted them. This was fixed in the Xcode 1.5 GM release. So after
these files have been restored, make sure you replace the beta with the
GM version of Xcode 1.5.
