We use EOGenerator and EOPrototypes and I haven't noticed that error. We
also use Eclipse/WOLips. Our Model is in a framework.
Here is the shell script we use
#!/bin/sh
$EOGENERATOR_HOME/eogenerator -model Content.eomodeld -java -destination
src/com/conviveon/model -javaTemplate
$EOGENERATOR_HOME/Templates/JavaSourceEOF52.eotemplate -subclassJavaTemplate
$EOGENERATOR_HOME/Templates/JavaSubclassSourceEOF5.eotemplate
HTH, notice the EOF52.eotemplate that is specified
