Unpack the WOLips archive into a temporary folder. Start eclipse and go
to Help-Software Updates-Find and install. In the next window, choose
Search for new features to install. Add a "New Local Site", point it to
the temporary folder and follow the installation.
Eclipse/WOLips is a complete replacement for XCode. You can still use
EOModeler and WOBuilder. After installation check the WOLips homepagge
and the eclipse help (Help-Help Contents, in the left pane select
"WOLips User Guide".
