Can't run WebServicesAssistant

Hi,

I 've just installed a full version WebObjects 5.2
developer on my windows XP box, and then upgraded it
to the 5.2.3 version. Everything seems working fine,
except the WebServicesAssistant. I've tried to run it,
but nothing happens. Any suggestions ? Thanks.
