Before you try running from Monitor, try running it from the command prompt
and see if your can connect to it first. You can set the port by adding
-WOPort 1234 as arguments to the command line.
After making sure the app runs OK and you can connect, need to work on the
web server interface. Once that works, then try it thru monitor.
