In your FORM tag, check that you have "enctype" set to "multipart/form-data".

I am getting the following error during file upload using the WOFileUpload component. "No form data left for WOFileUpload" I get this using a Safari browser. The project was originally made with Project Builder but it is now compiled with Xcode vers 5.2.3. Can anyone help explain this error? Thanks.
