I am not using frames... however I am using a popup to add tasks which upon clicking save will refresh the parent page via javascript.
Could that be the cause?

If so, what is the solution?

Frames are a good source of this error. Also this will sometimes happen
instead of a "session restoration error". I don't recall the exact

What does this??

This is happening occasionally to my customers.. what cause it and what
can I do to fix it?

I set this in my Application class:
setPageRefreshOnBacktrackEnabled(true);

They swear they are not hitting the back button either!

Any thoughts?
