I found very interesting the Authentification scheme in chap 4 of PWO (using horizontal inheritance)
starting from top to bottom :
TOP : AbtractUser (extends EOGenericRecord) 2 attributes only 'oid' and 'userID'
2nd level : adding another attribute 'credential'
DigestedPasswordUser (extends AbstractUser) inherits 'oid' and 'userID'
EncryptedPasswordUser (extends AbstractUser) inherits 'oid' and 'userID'
SimplePasswordUser (extends AbstractUser) inherits 'oid' and 'userID'
Then I defined my project classes at the 3rd level adding attribute names, phone,...
Administrator (extends DigestedPasswordUser) inherits 'oid' , 'userID' and 'credential'
Member (extends EncryptedPasswordUser) inherits 'oid' , 'userID' and 'credential'
Visitor (extends SimplePasswordUser) inherits 'oid' , 'userID' and 'credential'
It works fine,
but isn't strange to get data only in the 3rd level tables ??
