Hi All, a newbie question:
In a Direct to Java Client application:

I have a Enumeration Table with fixed values, and want to select from
this table values to add to another table. The user interaction is:
From the Form view of the recipient, i have a a button (added with a
rule to add the FormController, this pops theslect list window, the
user selects from the list and click ok. This selected item need to be
added to the recipient entity.

I have extended FormController to get the custom select dialog
returning a NSArray of EOGlobalID, but how do I gain access to the EO
selected and the EditingContext of the recipient entity (this where i
will add the data).

I would call this pseudo-programmatic add.

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Andres.

Look at the section called "Selecting objects in an entity" in the DesktopApplications documentation.
