Seriously: I just tried, and was able to log in. Sometimes accounts get
locked out of bugreporter for no reason. The standard procedure is to
contact email@hidden and tell them you can't log in -- they fix it on a
per-account basis.

Worst case, this form doesn't require login, but doesn't allow tracking:
