Yes, this web publishing is all dynamic and it updates my database from the web. Hundreds of records are there in most of the database files, some of them have in thousands.
I don't think so that I have JDBC diver for the WebObjects !! how do I get it???

Will you be updating your databases using the web or is it purely static publishing? Approximately how many records are there in these database files?

Do you have a JDBC driver for WebObjects? I have never used FileMaker myself.

Thanks for the reply Karl,
Ok let's be more specific. I have around 45-50 FileMaker databases related to each other, mostly just tables of data and some of them have images also, but it's not like Tb or billion of records. I hope, size of the database don't matter as far as connectivity between the FileMaker and EOModeler is concerned.
Thanks again,
-Ankur.

Hi Ankur,

I think that you would have to define 'huge' and give us a bit more information about what you want to publish. Is it pictures, video, etc? Or just tables of data?

Huge to me would be when you go past the 1Tb or billion record mark...

Hi Everyone,

I am pretty new to the Webobject world, I have a huge database on FileMaker Pro 5.5 Unlimited. I was just wondering, Is there any way to publish this data on the web by using the Webobjects??? I was trying to connect my EOModeler to the FileMaker database, but didn't get through it !! does anyone knows the answer??
Thanks for the help,
-Ankur.
