I was going to provide a link to another document I looked for recently and had to use Search to find, but in checking again now, I see that both the document I wanted (JSP & Servlets) and the EO Guide are available on the detail WO documentation page
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/WebObjects/WebObjects-date.html

Looking again at the detail list, it seems very little has been updated recently.
At WWDC, much was made of the efforts of the WO documentation group to expand what is available.
And yes, they did, at the start of 2003.
But since WWDC we have seen nothing, other than the updated API reference in October.

The reason I looked for (and knew to look for) the JSP document, was that I had a copy from January 2003 and was hoping that there was an update providing additional info on how to develop for, and deploy on, JBoss.
No there isn't and updated JSP document.

There is "Java Application Server Administration" which arrived in October with much fanfare, but it declares itself a draft and has no mention of WO.

It would seem reasonable, given the developments in the last six months in WO and OS X Server, to imagine that all the WO documentation is being updated (and hopefully expanded further) to incorporate the accompanying theory and details of these developments.
Given the lead time before the spate of documents at the start of 2003, it would be nice to think that the WO team is going to announce just such an update tomorrow.

But if they are not, given the (seeming) complexity and amount of traffic here and elsewhere, I certainly hope they are about to release a How-To and FAQ on the whole subject of WO and JBoss.

Thanks
Colin

FYI, the EO Developer Guide does not seem to be listed in the Apple Documentation menus for WebObjects if you go through developer.apple.com, so here is a URL to the guide in case some do not know of its existence. Surprisingly it does not seem to be installed on your drive with all the other documentation either when WO is installed.

http://developer.apple.com/documentation/webobjects/ Enterprise_Objects/index.html

That same page has a URL for a PDF version also.

This guide is en essential follow-up to the introductory "Using EO Modeler" guide.
