EOModeling of Lists...

Hello -

I have a configuration file that will be a database of name and value pairs. I will
use this table to for all my setup lists... departments, etc.,

I thought I would try to follow the manual but I get this error about a qualifier is
needed in the parent class?!

It seemed as though by the instructions that I would be able to just subclass
the parent class called ConfigurationLists into my other subclasses, one of which is called ConfigurationDepartments and the qualifier would be in this
subclass with a syntax like : (type='DEPARTMENT')

However when I save the model it tells me that the parent class (ConfigurationLists) needs the qualifier?! This confuses me. Also, I have declared ConfigurationLists as abstract while the other one is not.

Was this a good idea? and, what I am doing wrong?

-James
