Is your book really ready?  (Amazon says now shipping)

What can you tell us about it?  Why should I buy it?  If I do, will you send
me
an autographed copy? :-)

At a minimum, since Amazon doesn't, can you show us the table of contents?

And finally, is book writing a lucrative career? :-)
