Anyone have any experience with:

Will this actually work if I have my web designer do all the pages first?

I never tried it, but it will probably work. It is not a big work for a program to convert a static page to a WebObjects page template. You may have problems editing the results in WebObjects Builder though, as it struggles a bit with complex pages with many tables.

You have to factorise the parts that contain no dynamic elements and repeated parts in separate components that you can include.

In short, the tool will not do all the work for you.
