There's no way to do this with the stock WO adaptor since the adaptor
(cgi or mod_WebObjects) and the SSI code are implemented as separate
handlers in Apache. I *really* needed this a couple of years ago and I
merged mod_include and mod_WebObjects so that WO responses could
include virtuals. I didn't think anyone would care about it, so it was
never released. I can make it available if necessary. It is current
with WO 5.2.2.
