But why don't WO people use PostgreSQL? It has a lot of tuning tools

I've heard tales of queries that break MySQL that work fine (and
quickly) under PostgreSQL. The
worse I've heard from MySQL advocates against PGSQL is that it's slow
out of the box without
tuning.
