Jonathan,
I'm not experienced with playing with these settings, but in the doc's
it says you can make settings in either the target or the build style
(with the build style taking precedence).
I would expect that you just go to build styles > deployment (or
whatever) and add it in there.
NB I am one of the silent (majority?) who has switched to Xcode and is
very pleased with it. I have never used any of the other tools to have
my expectations raised, but find the Apple development environment
quite satisfactory to use.
Ray.

How do I set command line options for a WO app I'm launching from PB?
The only way I can figure out is in Targets/[Main
target]/Settings/Expert View/, the "JVM_OPTIONS" variable. The
problem with this is that the setting ends up in the UNIXClassPath.txt
(etc) files, which are kind of a fixed attribute of the app as a
whole, so when I deploy the built app, these command line arguments
will still be used. I want one set of command line arguments for
development, and another when I actually deploy the app.
