EO & WebServices

  • Subject: EO & WebServices

About a year ago, we were attempting to port a .NET application to WebObjects. We failed primarily due to the fact that we could not figure out how to pass an EO object from the web service to a compiled Java client (using Swing or AWT). Also, we had a strict qualification that we NOT use any of the "Direct to Web" wizards (or any of the wizards in WO) to create the web service or client.

Does anyone have any examples or advice?

Thanx,
Ryan
