Help: D2W Configuration Names?

  • Subject: Help: D2W Configuration Names?

Howdy All,

When using D2W (and Project WONDER), I notice that if I am using an
Inspect Page and choose the Edit button, the app goes into a
configuration named something like __edit__EntityName. This, of course,
is good because it allows one to configure that configuration (with
rules etc).

My question is: where is that configuration name created (in D2W or in
Project WONDER) and is it possible to change that configuration name
(e.g. if I required two different inspect configuations for the same
entity, that go to two different edit configurations for the entity).

Example

InspectUserStandard -> (on selecting Edit) -> EditUserStandard

InspectUserAdmin -> (on selecting Edit) -> EditUserAdmin

Any pointers to how I can change the name of that associated edit
configuration, in the rules or elsewhere would be appreciated. The
Assistant allows me to edit the configurations (eg __edit_EntityName)
but not to change their names, or the mapping from one inspect to an
edit.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers,
Ashley.
