Access bindings at runtime

Does anyone know if it is possible to access the bindings of a given element
on a page as it is being created.

For example, if I have a dynamic element WOImage which has a binding of
width=30, can I get a list of the bindings that exist for that element so
that I can search it for the width and get the value 30?

This might be simple, but I9ve been searching for info on it and can9t find
any.

Please help!
