Hello,
I am trying to build and deploy a simple webobjects app in jboss.
I downloaded jboss today and installed it on my machine, ran it and it
came up just fine.
I then used the WOApp wizard in xcode to create a project.
I then build it. After building I noticed that the project was
installed in /Library/JBoss/3.2/deploy.
That is not where I wanted my project to go to.
So ... I changed the SERVLET_WEBAPPS_DIR property in the expert
settings of my projects target to the location I wanted
something like:
/local/jerryp/Applications/jboss-3.2.5/server/default/deploy
I then ran the build again and my project landed where I wanted it.
I then ran jboss, I then get a slew of exceptions when jboss is trying
to deploy my application.
I tried various combinations of xcode's WOapp wizard to build my
application in a servlet container.
Nothing would run.
Try these settings:
SERVLET_COPY_JARS = YES
SERVLET_DEPLOY_LICENSE = <enter valid deployment license here>
SERVLET_SINGLE_DIR_DEPLOY = NO
SERVLET_TRUE_WAR = YES
Cheers,
-- Denis.
Any help would be appreciated.
